Hello, Donna! I know the polka dot is Amy Butler. I have some of that fabric. The other may be hers as well but I am not positive.

Hi Jaime here, I made the outfit :) Yes the polka dots are Amy Butler in lime and full moon from her lotus line. the floral fabric is from Moda and is from last years fall line "fall back in time" Thanks for the compliments, it was really fun to make!
