More Sewing Projects!

Here are a few pics I am putting here for MorningSong. These are some outfits I made two years ago for Grace.

Above is a Children's Corner pattern.

This is what I made for Grace for her first birthday.
We put this outfit I made for her own her after she had too much cake on the previous outfit.

These are some outfits I made for all of my younger daughters at the end of last year. They are a bit wrinkled because I let hem sit too long in the dryer and hadn't ironed them yet.

I did not use a pattern for the top. It is just a few rectangular pieces. It is so cute on them. The pants is the same pattern that I use for all my pants. It is the one I modified and customized off the bloomer pattern.

This a pair of pajama bottoms I made from soft flannel for all my younger girls.

I love your outfits!! I always love the material other people choose better than what I choose. I think your outfits look wonderful!! Very cute!! I love the red/white printed dress but really love the one with the flower print (Grace on table with candy)!! I love the pants too!! I look forward to playing a little with these next outfits. I found a pattern for a halter dress and a cute pant outfit. I want to do the big ruffle but we will see! I love the BIG ruffle on kids!! I am going to a small group in a few days to sew outfits as a ministry/gift for those in need. We are having our first get together this week. I look forward to gleening some tips or methods! I am 'sew' knew to this! You crack me up!! haha Thanks for the blog -just for me! :o) My sewing blogs were really for you, but my sister gets a kick out of them, so I didn't want her to think she wasn't on my mind too! haha

I am also very impressed with your ability to sew without a pattern! You are very creative! I am not that brave yet! I always use a pattern! :o)

My friend, Nanette, and I just sewed for two single Mom's daughters at church. One daughter was 10 months old and one was 5. It was so fun! Keep me posted on what y'all are doing. Nanette should be making a blog real soon, it will be sewing blog! Wait until you see her projects. She is an excellent sewer. I am "sew" excited!! Maybe we can recruit more sewers to make blogs.
